New York City has Mandated Continuing Education for all Electrical License Holders; this includes ACTIVE AND/OR SHELVED.
You will be required to present your Electrical License and your Driver’s License.

The occupational Safety and Health ACT of 1970 enacted to assure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women.

We are required to present this class in two sessions and you are required to attend both sessions.

Providing 10-hour Students additional training to receive a 30-hour Card.   Outreach trainers may provide 20 additional hours to 10-hour students and receive 30 hour cards under the following conditions:  

  1. The same OSHA Outreach Training Program authorized trainer must conduct all the OSHA Outreach Training Program training (10 and additional 20 hours).
  2. All the OSHA Outreach Training Program training must be completed (from the start of the 10-hour class, to the end of the 30-hour class) within six (6) consecutive months.
  3. The original 10-hour card must be returned to the ATO for the student to receive the 30-hour card. If the 10-hour card is not available or returned to the ATO, a 30-hour card will not be issued.

Let Instructor Freddie Morello take you through the code with the use of IAEI, Mike Holt and job photos in a PowerPoint presentation. Our students will receive specific training in the use of the NEC. This is for students who want to further their understanding of the National Electrical Code. You will receive a handout for each class to keep for your review. How many times do we think “I remember him saying that but where in the code is it?”

We can provide all your requirements the same day!

First 4 hours will be Connecticut requirements for E1 and/or E2 Electrical License holders and after a break we will continue with remaining CEU hours to meet ALL other requirements.

Registrants are required to bring a calculator and 2017 NFPA Code Book to class and a functioning calculator.

NOTE: An electronic version of the 2017 NFPA Code Book is acceptable provided it is viewed on an iPad, notebook or laptop only.  Cell phone viewing is not an acceptable device.

ALL ACTIVE license holders will have to show their current license and another ID.

ALL SHELVED license holders will have to show two ID’s – one will have to be a photo ID.

Fulfill your required CEU’s to renew your Putnam County Electrical License and your Westchester County Electrical License.

Beginning in 2019, Putnam County is requiring Continuing Education.   All Putnam County master electricians will be required to show proof of having taken continuing education in 2018 in order to renew their electrical license in 2019.

Putnam County Electrical journeymen will be required to show proof of having taken continuing education prior to their renewal for the 2018-2020 term.  And, they will be required to take a continuing education class each year within that two-year period.

License Holders must show required MANDATORY IDENTIFICATION:

  • ALL ACTIVE license holders will have to show their current license and another ID.
  • ALL SHELVED license holders will have to show two ID’s – one will have to be a photo ID.

Anyone not providing the mandatory identification documents will not be permitted to attend the class.
