CONNECTICUT LICENSE HOLDERS – FOR YOUR INFORMATION
1. Classes as originally approved for physically in person classroom instruction are to continue and are subject to the following:

• a. All previously approved venue locations and any new proposed locations that you intend to use, must follow all DECD requirements including but not limited to social distancing, health monitoring, cleaning and sanitizing, and occupancy.
• b. All previously approved venue locations and any new proposed locations that you intend to use must be certified by DECD through their self-certification program.
• c. In accordance with the Governors Executive Order 7GGG dated 7/13/2020, the deadline to complete electrical continued education has been extended until the last day of the calendar year. (December 31, 2020)
• d. The date for renewal of licenses remains unchanged.
• e. The Department of Consumer Protection will be modifying the question asked during license renewal as it relates to if the license holder has completed the required continued education, so as to reflect the time extension until the last day of the calendar year. (December 31, 2020)
• f. There will not be any penalty or fines issued for continued education classes taken between the license renewal date and that of the end of the calendar year. (December 31, 2020).

ATTENTION CONNECTICUT LICENSE HOLDERS:  THIS IS A MAKE-UP CLASS for those who missed the September 25, 2019 deadline.

CEU’s for other municipalities will be offered at the conclusion of the Connecticut CEU class:

• Orange, Putnam, Westchester

There is an additional fee of $25.00 for each additional CEU taken immediately following the Connecticut CEU class.  Any additional fees are payable on day of class at sign in.

• Sign in opens at 3:30 pm.
• Connecticut four hour CEU class for E1 and/or E2 electrical license holders starts promptly at 4:00 pm.
• Followed by a short break.
• Then additional CEU classes for additional municipalities will begin.

When completing your online registration please include all applicable license numbers for other municipalities that you would like to take.

If you do not want to take one of the municipalities listed, simply type ‘X’ in the license number field.
