Electrical Estimating

Your estimate is the FOUNDATION of most construction projects. In this course, you will be GUIDED THROUGH the various phases of the bidding process including:
  • Takeoff
  • Estimating
  • and Bidding
The focus will be on DEVELOPING GOOD ESTIMATING HABITS and reinforcing industry best practices. Through ACTIVE PARTICIPATION, you will learn to:
  • generate material lists
  • apply pricing and labor units to the material list
  • identify and correct common estimating mistakes
  • and understand the importance of establishing the project's cost.
